Friday, May 3rd. 2024, was the date for having, what was possibly the last meeting of the club at the Shibe Tavern
located in the Oakland Coliseum.
The Oakland Athletics are leaving for Las Vegas, or wherever....
Since the Oakland Raiders left, what seems already a very long time ago, we won't know if any
future continuation of this tavern, and, therefore, any future meetings are possible.
Before game time, the Shibe was exceptionally suited for meetings
in which you wanted to mingle and hold converstion with fellow members.
